Ultrasonic welding

Ultrasonic welding uses high frequency sound waves that transform into vibrational mechanical energy. This vibration creates heat which, combined with the pressure exerted on the pieces, causes the components to melt in a very short time interval (a few tenths of a second).

The pieces are welded in a definitive and precise way with a hermetic seal which is guaranteed even at high pressures, it resists to torsion and traction and has an insignificant energy impact. This translates into extremely limited costs even for small operations.
